Description
CT60 by iCoat Epoxy is our traditional countertop epoxy and a versatile art resin suitable for a wide range of projects. This thicker-viscosity formula cures extremely hard, offers excellent bubble release, and delivers crystal-clear results. It also creates beautiful doming effects, making it ideal for floral preservation pieces and detailed art applications.
Formulated to withstand heavy use in environments such as kitchens, CT60 has a high temperature resistance and exceptional durability. This makes it an excellent choice not only for countertops but also as a protective topcoat for artwork and decorative pieces. iCoat CT60 is widely used for tumblers and other thin resin projects where rigidity and durability are important. It features a generous pot life, allowing for easy application and detailed work. For best results, CT60 is recommended for projects less than ¼ inch thick, though it can be built up to ¼ inch in a single pour.
Additional features include excellent UV resistance, low odor for safe indoor use, and compliance with food-safe standards. The cured surface is also scorch-resistant up to 500°F. iCoat CT60 can be pigmented with any iCoat colorant to create custom colors and artistic effects while maintaining its exceptional clarity.
