HV ULTRA also features a quick tack time and is specially formulated to help prevent bruising or burning delicate floral arrangements. iCoat HV ULTRA Epoxy can be pigmented with any iCoat colorant for endless creative possibilities.
Best Used For: Floral Preservation Blocks, Flower Preservation, Ring Holders, Pyramids, River Tables, Jewelry, Flood coats, Molded Sculptures, Trays, Display and Acrylic Trays, Coasters, more than ½”, Picture Frames, Candle Holders, Game Board Pieces and Boards.
Cure Speed: High Viscosity, High Temperature, Fast Cure, Small Volume, 24-36hr demold.
Pour Depth: ¼”-1″ application. Small molds: Up to 1 inch can typically be filled completely in a single pour. Medium pours (around 6″ × 6″): Up to 5/8 inch per layer. Large pours: ¼ inch to 3/8 inch per layer. These guidelines help ensure proper curing, minimize heat buildup, and maintain the clarity and integrity of the casting.
Mix Ratio: 1:1 (1 Part A to 1 Part B)
Application Tip: Not in High Heat over 90 degrees. Not for under 1/4″ application.
Storage and Handling: Store at or above 60°F (15.5°C). Do not store in direct sunlight.
