SuperStains are a dispersion color with a very fine grind; they are technically a nano pigment, which is capable of tinting epoxy while maintaining clarity. They perform much like an alcohol ink but provide significantly more tinting power without lowering transparency. SuperStains can be used in river tables, background colors, and anywhere you would like a transparent yet tinted effect. They are widely used in river tables to create smoked yet see-through tables. Ocean-themed epoxy is also an excellent use for SuperStains.Â
SuperStains can also be added into epoxy with our Arctic White mica powder to create a mica effect in any shade of any color. Want anything from a light lavender to a deep purple? Just add the desired amount of pigment. This holds true for any color. We even have a whole line of neons for the ultimate wow factor. The versatility of this system is amazing and prevents having to stock several shades of mica to achieve the color you require.Â
