TP24 is a hard-cast, fast-curing casting epoxy designed for projects that require strength, clarity, and quick turnaround. This crystal-clear resin features exceptional bubble release and a high temperature resistance, making it ideal for castings that need durability and rigidity. TP24 is perfect for a wide range of applications, including large or small art pieces, molds, and functional castings where a hard, flawless finish is essential.
Best Used For: Ring Holders, Pyramids, Jewelry, Rings, Molded Sculptures, Functional Trays, Coasters, Picture Frames, Drawer Puls/Handles, Candle Holders, Clocks, Pen Blanks, Fishing Lures, Game Boards and Pieces.
Cure Speed: Demold in 24 hours, fully cured in 3 to 4 days.
Pour Depth: Recommended maximum pour depths: 3×3 = 1 inch | 6×6 = 5/8” | 10 x 10 = ½” | 12×12 = 3/8” | Up to an inch on smaller molds and up to ½” on larger volume pours.
Mix Ratio: 2:1 (2 Part A to 1 Part B)
Application Tip: Not in High Heat over 90 degrees. Always be sure to monitor your curing temperatures with an infrared temperature gun to ensure the resin does not get hotter than 120 degrees. We recommend pouring layers of up to an inch on smaller molds and up to ½” on larger volume pours. Small molds can generally be filled.
Storage and Handling: Store at or above 60°F (15.5°C). Do not store in direct sunlight.
