Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our epoxy and builder products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below:

Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Custom-mixed or special-order items are non-returnable.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  
  

Damaged Goods:

• Returns of damaged goods for replacement are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Please provide pictures of the goods in the packaging showing dents and damage so we can alert our delivery carriers.
• We will provide a return authorization and shipping labels or instructions.
  
  

Refunds:

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

How to Initiate a Return:

We will issue an RA by email for you to fill out and attach to your return.

iCoat is not responsible for return shipping fees, it is the responsibility of the buyer.

All returns are subject to a 7% restocking fee.
